Worm with black head and white body

Found this thing floating around, never seen one like this. At first I thought it was a bristle worm but it's not red but instead white body with black head and some of it is slightly black. Has what appears to be small pincers in its mouth (maybe something else) and spins like that of a bristle worm. Its throwing me off because it doesn't have the regular body, color or characteristics a regular bristle worm has

Hard to tell from pic but based on your description could be a baby bobbit or dorvilleidae. Bobbit=bad, dorvilleidae=good.

This was the best I could do before I accidentally cut it with the tweezers I was moving it around with

i cant identify the animal to a genus or family level personally, it looks like the greenish dark spot is his guts, whatever he is, he is probably a grazer or detritivore
