Worm with red/orange

I’ve been finding these mostly in the sand under frag plugs or shells. They also appear to be living in the rock. It’s redish orange on the tips with a long dark center. It stretches much longer than this pic anywhere from the size of a dime to a quarter

bristle worm, they usually come out when feeding to eat leftover or detritus. imo good cuc just don't touch them
