Worm?

I'm sure it's harmless, but haven't seen anything like this in my tank before.

It's a long white worm that has chosen a spot on top of my rock work. It has wrapped itself around the top piece, and occasionally lashes around in the current, presumably to catch food.

I don't think it's a spaghetti worm. Spinoid?
