I'm not completely sure for bristle worm, at some point at the bended position it look like fireworm with the white line on it. Please compare both from the photos next time it go out, and be very careful. even if it's bristleworm I'm still concern because this one is a bit BIGand can hurt you mainly.
about the aiptasia..., have a look here for methods,

and the best one for you I'll think about Berghia Nudibranch, completely REEF SAFE. and for sure will take all of them (if you don't have Filefish or Wrasse, sometimes peppermint shrimp can hurt it to eat it), but overall is 100% aiptasia killer w/o traces after it.

Agree, looks more like fireworm.

Those bristles represent fireworm. Place a CLEAN plastic soda bottle in front of its housing/hole with a piece of shrimp. Watch for it to go into bottle and cap it while scooping and pour into toilet.
For Aptasia.... mix kalkwasser powder into a thin paste and inject via syringe into center core of each aptasia and watch it melt away

Is this type of fireworm really bad in a reef tank.; Never had any problems really, ive had like a sting (irritation) in the past but nothing like i just googled. Im using aiptasia x to kill them.

the fireworms are always bad, as they grow and can kill another animals to feed on, incl. fish. they can drive you killing pain if them bristle stuck in your skin. Isn't good at all.
The aiptasia can be taken off with Aiptasia X not everyone have good success with it (I use it sometimes, but not wit 100% success), like @vetteguy53081 say you can use and kalkwasser to melt it :) If you aren't good with all this you can check and for another methods (more natural) like peppermint shrimp, filefish etc, but from the animals the best can be only the Nudibranch I mention above.
