I had large red bristle worms in the past they were 5-10 inches long they have been gone for the past two years. Now I noticed last night while feeding my coral a lot of short redish worms about 1/2-1" long, anybody know if these should be removed also?
Thank you,
Jim

try to snap a decent picture. some worms wont do any real harm while other could be detrimental.

Most worms are fine as long as population doesn't get out of control by over feeding tank

Thank you, I will try to post a pic next time I feed my corals. I looked for some last night but did not see any, they must love reef roids because they seem to come out of he wood work when I feed it.

I have a bristle worm infestation in my 10g nano and I personally hate them. Lots of people say they are beneficial, but really they can be replaced by many other CUC creatures that are less unsightly and don't have those awful bristles. I'd vote to get rid of them.
