I was having issues with zoas in one of my frag tanks. so I went to do a hydrogen peroxide dip with a medi-coral dip after words as I was doing the dip I seen these creatures come out the frag. any idea on what they are ?

Need clear photos. Google peanut worm and see if search matches. Can't really tell from these pics. See if someone can help u.
