Worms in my tank

So I am seeing these tiny worms on my glass, they are too small that I can't even take a picture of them. They just look like a straight line and have two tentacles (look like lines) on one end of the body, they move very slow.
 
Sounds like pods. A pic would be extremely helpful

I tried but I just can't take a picture of them, they are way too small. I do have pods in my tank and they look different.

Eunicid worm
Dorvilledae (my other suspect)

They don't look like the worms you have stated, their tentacles are very long.
 
Long???
Could be spaghetti worms or hydroids
