Worms in my tank

Good morning,

I have come across some worms in my 20g nano reef tank. I’m not totally sure what kind they are, if they’re good or bad to have, etc. they’re staying on the back of my glass scraper currently. One of them came off and my clownfish ended up eating it. Should these be of any concern?
