Found an article today in Marine Fish and Reef USA 2014 about your worms. They may have thier uses but they still creep me out

You have to be careful doing this because I have a feeling I know what one of the videos you're talking about is, and that is not a bristle worm. It's a bobbit worm. Those are the ones to be scared of not the bristles.
