Worms? New Mushroom

Hello all, I’m new to this and I picked up a couple new mushrooms and this one was not attached to anything so I quarantined it. I did dip it with seachem reef dip yesterday. It hasn’t opened and I noticed something strang and took this pic. I jacked up the colors so you can see it better… are these worms? What should I do?

So it’s just really stressed? And should just give it time? Thank you!! I feel a little relieved. Hopefully it will be okay soon.
