I have a hob protein skimmer, uv sterilizer, 2 Wave Makers with filter pads on em to catch floating debris and to not chop my clowns up. I have 2 clownfish, about 1 1/2" a wrasse about 4 inches. 10 cerith Snails, some spionid worms, diatoms, about 110 lbs of dry rock. About 120 lbs of sand. In a 125g tank. And a yellow coral banded shrimp. Tank is a little more than a month old. Btw added about 250 gallons worth of matrix bio media.

I'm confused. I know you mean they aren't parasitic. Are you saying they feed on detritus and slime?
The most effective medication for treating nematode infection is Fenbendazole. Also placing a piece of clam which takeslonger to spoil inside a panty hose will attract them and you can grab the whole bit and discard them
Will it kill copepods?
