Worms on my frogspawn?

Looks like a possible Vermetid snail.

I’d second the Vermetid opinion. I’ve got a few in the tank myself, probably introduced with coral delivery.

Get some Bumble Bee Snails they will make short work of the Vermetid Snails, had a small battle with them a while back.

If they are vermitid get rid of them while they are few. I have a 180g infested with them.
