These just started to pop up on our Zoa. They usually show up at night this is taken early morning. Any idea?

I saw other posts about sponges but have never seen one on one Zoas and just wasn’t sure. Are they bad? Thank you!

I'll let you do some research and decide if the type you have seems problematic
