Worms sticking up out of sand bed

I’ve noticed loads of these worm like creatures sticking out of our sand bed.

Please can someone ID them and let me know if they are good/bad?

As the tank gets older you will find lots of weird and wonderful things turn up.

hard to get a good view, but it may be a type of oligochaete, but that leaves a lot of options lol

They might be one spaghetti worm? Lol
