Hi does anybody know what sort of worm this is please and if it is good or bad

Bristle worms are good CUC but can become evasive if you over feed. For me when I can catch one I pull the. Out of the tank with long tweezers. Don’t touch them with bare hands they will sting and have a burning sensation where they sting you.
Eunicid worms can be predatory so I never take a chance. To get a good ID a good picture of the head and body would be needed.

These kind of bristle worms can sting if you like purposefully crush them but generally won't, and the species that is in most tanks is pretty harmless. There's no reason to pull them out.

I tend to feed heavy so mine multiply that is the only reason I pull them out when I can. Most of the time they are fast and I can catch them.

Thank you for the advice I’ve tried sending a better picture over hope it helps

Looks like a fireworm to me I would remove it they can be aggressive to your fish. I had one day 1 of my reef tank and fought him out of the live rock. Be careful they hurt (it feels like sticking your hand in a fire ant mound)

Definitely not a fire worm - at least not the problematic kind...

The worm's most likely not an issue (even if it is a fireworm; those generally only cause problems when their population gets out of hand).

Can you take some pics of it under white light?

Can anyone tell me if torch corals are safe with clownfish or do clownfish mess torches up thank you
Thet can get overly aggressive and pound the torches beyond stress and can also laying calmly. It will be up to the individual fish's behavior
