Worms?

Can anyone identify this? Should I be concerned?

Neither? How would you describe it? I'm guessing fan worm tubes or tube worms.

They are kinda in between. They come off but are not hard like tube worms. They dont have an opening at the end. They are all under my sandbed too

They look to be harmless feather dusters, but that’s just my opinion.
