Worms

Got a new shipment of live rock which came with more bristleworms and whats in the pictures. One of course is in tank but the other I left in the box. Some suggest a flatworm but looks nothing like any flatworm that pops up online. I didn't put it in the tank but just wondering what these 2 might be and whether good or bad?

Yeah that's what someone else suggested on another forum. I didn't put it in the tank but now I am worried there could be more. Not sure what to do there. How about the other worm on the rock? Just another bristle worm I am guessing and I will post likely just take it out?

I am not sure it is hard to make out any details. When in doubt I remove.

Looks like a bristle worm. Coming out of a rock. Can I safely pull him out of it and remove him? And what are the submarine stacks popping out of the rock? Sorry I am new to this much life so no idea what all this stuff is...lol
