Worms

Is anyone else freaked out when they look at there sandbed and notice all the various worm 'tentacles' of various kinds sticking out?

I know they are beneficial and for the most part harmless, but the thought of all of them just scares me. I am always a bit squeamish when it comes to touching anything in the sand bed.

I was just wondering if there were others in the same boat as me. Just seeing the worms probing around on the sand bed really makes me cringe, and I am not the type to be sacred or put off by things.

I like worms and other small life in my tank but am careful not to touch bristle worms, ouch.
