Wormy looking snail attached to rock?

Hi experts of the internet. I've attached a couple pictures. What am I? And should I be removed??

I can’t ID it ( my bad eyes see a leather)…can it move? .is it multiplying or eating anything? If not, I always let stuff go and wait and see…50/50 it’s something interesting or benign vs evil

I agree, looks like a stomatella snail that’s reaching for something from the rock.

Yes they're good guys. Some of mine are bigger than a Nickel.
