You sound to be cycling since you say Nitrites very high. Cycle is ammonia > nitrites > nitrates
While in the 80s cycling with fish or dead shrimp (or pee in our tanks) was how we started, people are moving away to fishless cycles because cycling WITH fish is hard on the fish... Above when he wrote 'get some bacteria in there' he meant like Fritz Turbo Start or Instant Ocean BIO-Spria among others...
Water change will interrupt/slow your cycle... cut back on how much you are feeding clowns as that is contributing to the ammonia > nitrite portion of cycle... but for the health and happiness of your clownfish water change right now may be worth it!
Get an airstone in there if they begin to be gasping because their gills are irritated...
