Worried about my Duncan colony

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum sorry if it is im knew still to R2R and getting the hang of it. But I'm just wondering if I should be concerned about it, I had it on the other side of the tank early this week but i think it was too close to another one of my corals and when I came home from work it was on the sand bed. So I moved it cross the tank and away from any corals and now I'm not sure if it is dying.

Nitrite: 0

Ammonia: 0.1 ppm

The fall most likely upset it. Give it time and feed it.

My Duncan was pouting like that for nearly 2 weeks after a tank transfer.

I'd leave it for now. Let it get used to new spot. But it's called reef dip by sechem. It's basically surgical grade iodine. I've dipped an Acan that was on its way out and a hammer and they were both able to pull through.

I think you should leave it. It will likely bounce back. Strang that your ammonia is .1.
I have them and from time to time they close up. Could be because a shrimp made contact or a fish came too close. Give it some time. They definitely do not look dead.

Sometimes it's 0.1 and sometimes It varies what would cause that and is that okay that it is 0.1?

Ammonia is usually undetectable once a tank is cycled unless there is too much feeding or something died. Ammonia is not good for any tank. So, it could be an issue. May need a water change to get on the right track. Hopefully your Duncan bounces back soon.

I'm planning a water change this weekend and thank you I hope so too!
