Hi i was moving around rocks and being careful of my sand sifting star and snails and coral, and i have a n acrylic sheet that sits as a partial fake back to hide stuff as a i cant have a sump, anyway i didnt realize i shifted it and my sea star which i think is a red fromia had his leg trapped, cant see any damage but it was lodged tight and stretched like he was trying to pull the leg out, do you think he will be ok?

Should be OK. Worst case, their legs grow back if they lose them.
