Worried for Ich in New Fish

We just a new Powder Blue tang 2 days ago. He was immediately very active and seemed to be acclimating well. A few hours after we noticed he was doing a little bit of flashing. It seemed to be fairly infrequent and only against one particular rock that protrudes.

Although we were slightly concerned we did read in a couple places that this could be part of acclimating to a new tank. Today we began to notice very faint white spots on his sides. Along with the little bit of continued flashing we are obviously concerned for ich.

I will upload a few photos although it was hard to get a great one.

Is this ich? what should we do?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

At the very least you will want to treat all your fish with copper.

X2 when buying acanthurus tangs (powder blue, goldrim, powder brown, and Achilles particularly) there's almost literally 100% chance of either ich or velvet. Treat all fish in a separate tank as Humblefish has said, and leave this tank fallow 76 days.
