Worst petco fish ever

Petco has this bird wrasse with what looks to be a massive tumor

What in tarnation would cause that kind of deformity?! Almost unrecognizable as a lunar wrasse. How in the world can it eat?

Actually they are common in bird wrasses, not really a Petco thing, most likely a trade in. While I have no love for Petco this one isn't there fault.
