Yup. I run a SunBlaze 8 bulb t5 and dual orphek LED bars. Have a few rough par numbers for my specific tank if interested as well. (Only readings with bar, not with t5 only)
@ReeferMaddness843, which of the Orphek bars are you using? I'm assuming it's the actinic one based on your pictures? What are your par numbers (approximately) from the two bars only? Sorry @Maine Reefer, don't mean to hijack your thread!

In regards to your original question, a fixture such as the one you linked to can certainly work. You certainly want to use new quality reef bulbs. Just be aware that a low cost fixture such as that is probably not going to have active cooling, quality reflectors, may have lower quality ballasts, and may only be one channel (i.e. power controls all 4, 6, or 8 bulbs at once). I had used some older Aquatic Life T5 fixtures and my ATI fixture puts out about 40% to 50% more par than those fixtures (but the Aquatic Life was still a good overall fixture). Unless you are running a sps tyoe tank, you may not need the extra output anyway.
