Would a Wet Tile Saw Be OK for Cutting LPS ?

Short of dropping $400+ on a Gryphon wet band saw, would the poor man's approach of a using a Wet Tile Saw be OK? Anyone use one?

The concern is, unlike a band saw, the circular tile saw will continue to stay in touch with the stone and coral possibly generating heat even in the areas beyond the cutting edge. However, it's a difference of $80 (https://amzn.to/2FKhM3a) vs. $400.

They'll work out OK, but for a very short period of time as NOT saltwater resistant at all. Even with thorough rinsing afterwards cannot imagine that it would be worthwhile long-term. I have used mine to cut dry rock and Tonga Branch before and was useful .
