The maximum size for Lutjanus sebae is over a meter. However, I've not seen them grow larger than 50 cm in captivity - still very large for that size tank. Another variable would be how much of your tank space would be taken up by decorations.

Here is a link to an article I recently posted here on the topic. Please not, the formula I give in that is for active swimmers, and emperor snappers would need a bit less room as they don't swim around as much.

hey mate the dimensions are probably going to be about 240cm long and 120 wide

If you want predator fish do saltwater. Groupers and snappers can’t live with lobsters and they all would get huge

I have seen big aus painted lobsters with big red emperor just fine??

If it is too big for it too eat and there are hiding spaces it should be ok

Those fish eat crustecans though. I saw a video of someone using lobsters to catch snappers and grouper

If they can fit in their mouth then they will. It is like putting a ghost shrimp with a panther grouper, it is going to get eaten IF it can fit in their mouth. So a lobster that is too large to fit in their mouth should be ok??
