Would Coral RX kill beneficial bacteria?

I have a NUVO 16 that has been infested with some indestructible flatworms. I have tried Springer Damsels, Six-Line wrasse and a Yellow wrasse. Each for a couple months at a time and they never touched the little jerks. I used Flatworm Exit and it will kill alot of them but the next day they are back on the glass and rocks. I literally almost used a half a bottle one night and still can't kill them all.

Every ZOA I put in closes up from irritation from these things and then just die off. But, my encrusting and plating montis on all rocks look gorgeous and are completely unaffected. LPS like chalice just get irritated and never thrive or grow.

Question: Can I just take out all the sand and replace like I was just moving a tank and then dip all my live rock/corals in Coral RX and then replace in the tank? Hopefully this kills all the flat worms....But, would dipping all my live rock in Coral RX kill the beneficial bacteria and cause my tank to cycle and I lose all my monti and chalice corals?

Does anyone know?

you would have to do a really good rinse with saltwater to try and remove the coral RX and any bugs it killed.

It would most definitely kill beneficial bacteria. If you move/disturb sand/rock it will stir up detritus and cause you to, basically, start your tank cycle over. I, personally, would dose flatworm exit twice in a row with large water change and get another flatworm eater to finish it off; and risk irritating/killing a few coral.
