Would i be able to use a return pump as a powerhead

i have a sicce 0.5 sitting there unused my tank is a 100 ltr i was wondering would it be possible to use as a powerhead

Yes and no. Yes you can, would I recommend it? Maybe lol. Depends on you set up. Are you fish only or reef? Do you have anemones? I’d probably use it with a hydro return wave maker and also some kind of pre filter to protect anemones and critters. All that would kinda be a eye sore. Hydro wave makers are pretty cheap I run a smart wave kit in my reef
