Would killing nirvanas kill my tank?

So in my 20g tank a few nirvana have spread to a spot where I do not want them to be. If I were to kill 4 or 5 heads with aptasiax would I have to worry about palytoxin harming my tank with such a rapid zoa death? Removing the rocks to frag them off is not an option as other corals have glued the rocks together due to entrusting and I don't want to damage them.
