I'm currently facing unknown jelly like brown thing on sand and rock and would love to know what it is

What is the age of the tank and what are your parameters?

That could be dinoflagellates. Ideally, you would get a pic under a microscope to see if it is dinos and what type. Different types require different treatments, apparently.

Microscope would be hard to get in my area.
But those things didn't go away even tho all light are off and they seem like multiply alot more after manual remove

Found one post with similar to mine and they said it's another type of dino. Didn't mention which one tho
