Would the be safe to use to attach rocks together

I have a box of this left over from a job . Would this be safe to use to attach rocks together

Haven't used it but looks more toxic than I'd be comfortable with.

I would just get some apoxy and some gel superglue. The dollar store glue would work fine.

Even after it cures you think it would be toxic ? Super glue doesn’t hold rock together well

It’s probably ok, but I do not know the identity of the inorganic filler used to be sure.
