Started fishless cycle just about 2 weeks ago, would you consider this cycled?

we are unable to tell from a single data plot

need two data plots to answer your question: 1 ppm ammonia verified accurate and then 24 hours later to see if zero. in order to answer you off pics youd have to post the 1ppm reading, and then the follow up reading 24 hours later as well as state how you boosted the ammonia. with liquid ammonia and the dosage calculator its easy to verify. if you used a rotting shrimp, tougher to be accurate since decomp varies.

if your question is regarding the possibility of the Api indicating .25 or zero, that too was in the thread its anyones call. some see zero, some see .25 etc.

movement indicates a cycle, even if the final reading isn't clear due to using an unverified test kit. if you can spike your system to 2.0 ppm ammonia, and get any movement in 24 hours near .25 or zero, that's cycled as well.

to be accurate you are certainly cycled at 30 days, and likely less time required if you used bottle bac and liquid ammonia. its possible to get 2 week cycle.

I agree with @brandon429. Put in simple terms just add ammonia to 1.0 again then in 24 hours test to see if it's zero. If so your good. We don't need to know all that other stuff. It's as simple as that. The rock and everything, is not a matter to easily answer a yes or no question. You can make it simple or highly explained like everything else in the world. Just do that, post your results and Bamm, you got your answer. It's your tank anyway. You can do what you want and just take our comments as guidance. Ultimately it's your decision if your nitrogen cycle is maturing. Not trying to argue with anyone, some people take this process and over complicate it when it's a natural easy process. Just watch a Dr Tim video even he says it all the time that it's over thought out. Just saying.

there is one skew to just going off the reading alone worth considering, water column cycling vs substrate cycling

I find that in order to state someone's tank is cycled we must factor in known submersion times to eliminate bottle bac in suspension as the reason for the test passed. 4 weeks is a done deal, 2 weeks is pushing it, but can still be substrate cycling if bottle bac and liquid ammonia were used the whole time.

we can get a fresh glass of water to pass a digestion test just by inputting some bottle bac and letting it sit for two days, then do the ammonia digestion part

I would modify the takeaway to be known submersion times+ boosters factored + digestion test 2 plot reading equals cycled.
