Would you continue dosing?

All, I am still fighting high phosphate and I believe that my bonsai acro and lepto got stripped by GFO. Now I stopped gfo but should I continue phosphate RX or just water change?

it jumped from .24 from last week to now .32.

I would stop dosing, go back to basics. A fresh water change couldn't hurt.
