Would you help regrow the GBR in your tank?

Hey Australians of the Reef2Reef Community!

I need your help. Recently, I’ve been working on some voluntary work to help the various organisations on their restoration efforts of the Great Barrier Reef. The general premise of the project is to utilise the private saltwater aquariums around Australia to help regrow the GBR and spread awareness in our communities.

But I need more information from you, the reefer community of Australia. I have two questions:

1. Would you, or other reefers be interested in growing coral in your tanks that will be replanted in the Great Barrier Reef?
2. Would you be willing to donate a small amount every 6-9 months to cover the shipping and handling costs of these corals?

Hey GoVols, sorry if I didn't make it very obvious. This was more just an idea, not actually asking for money or donation right now. More just looking to see whether other reefers would be interested in this kind of stuff, helping to grow corals in their own tank for the GBR.

I would love to be a part of a project like this, that would conserve any natural reef, not just the Great Barrier Reef.
