Only if looking at it makes you mad, otherwise not a threat IMO.

Nah. Might take a Dremel to it and round the sharp edges. Then fill it up and enjoy.

It's at the top, so not a structural issue.

Cosmetically, depends on how long you can look at it.
Maybe black tape would cover it.

Yeah I have one that looks a bit worse in a similar spot on my tank and it’s well above waterline and seems basically cosmetic. Tanks been running 10 months now with no issues. So I’d say you’re fine probably.
