Would you use this aquarium? The arrow points to the bevel, it’s textured (not the issue). The red box highlights a series of bubbles in the upper 4” of the tank seam. I just want to see what others would do. Thanks!

I used a flashlight to highlight the bubbles. They are harder to see without the light.

Yikes. What do you think @Joe Glass Cages ?

Already spoke to Joe. He was awesome and offered a ton of information. I learned a lot. I will be water testing the tank and observing for a week. I’m just curious what others would do.

Isn't Joe just awesome? He is so incredibly generous with his time.

Honestly, if this were my tank I'd probably be pretty concerned. I might try to do a euro brace as a short term fix. The folks on the reef beef podcast were just talking about a tank that had a seam pop. First it was the top 4 inches of a seam, but then the rest of the seam failed soon after. Boom. No thanks.

@revhtree Joe is so generous with his expertise and his time. Wouldn't it be cool and useful if there were a @Joe Glass Cages sub-forum that could be used to address questions related to aquarium construction. He is already donating tons of his time to support the forum members and it honestly just makes sense to have threads like this in one place.
