I’ve got a royal gramma in hypo recovering from flukes. Other than being extremely shy (can’t blame the poor thing. Had to endure capture and freshwater dip twice), he’s doing quite well.
2 flukes fell off. 1 site completely healed already. Other site is pictured. I don’t have acces to most meds u guys have access to (working on it). But I do have Prime, Paraguard, metafix, and Pimafix.
I’ve used metafix and Pimafix to try and rescue a friends beta but he died in treatment. Yo be fair, poor guy was nearly dead by the time I got him but it’s left me a bit reluctant.
Question: given that he seems to be fine, should I Medicate or not? If so, with what?
I lost a banded goby that I was really attached to very recently. I’m afraid of losing this one too I’m open to all suggestions.
He is, of course, in his own tank.
