Wound or disease? Flameback Angel

My Flameback Angel has a strange wound on him. It looks like the skin was torn off and it’s white. It’s on his lower front and seems to wrap around. There are no aggressors in my tank. Could it be a rip from rocks, do flukes leave marks after they fall off, or could it be something else?

My male clown does a little quick dart at my anthias once in awhile, but I've never seen him actually hit him. Just almost like a warning dash. My angel is newer but I've never seen anyone show any signs of aggression towards him. I could be wrong as I didn't see it this morning, and when I came home from work there was this tear.

Tried for another twenty minutes getting a good pic. He's newer so he's shy. It looks more like a tear than Lympho, but my clown has had Lympho before meaning it probably is in my tank.

Got a much better picture it’s getting much worse today. He’s eating and isn’t acting sick but it’s like his skin is peeling off. ANYONE WITH ANY IDEAS? Would be greatly appreciated.

Bath in Ruby Reef Rally. It has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualities. Then place immediately place into a QT with NFG or the trifecta of Kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro for 10-14 days as needed.
