Fish has been with me exactly a month, in QT, I know some of the white missing scale marks have been there since purchase, have not disappeared or gotten worse. I am not sure about the red parts near the bottom of the fish. It was hard to see in the tank.

I just finished TTM and inspected the fish and took pics. I never saw signs of ich, was treating prophylactically. I did prazipro on day 2 and 4 of TTM, I did see flukes.

Fish acts normal and eats, no scratching, shaking ect.

White dots near top (not flukes), maybe raised scales or lympho.. hard to tell....
Red above pelvic fin and you can sort of see the scrape/cut/raised scales towards the anal fin.

Second pic with areas in question circled, kind og hard to see some of them.

Top down shows the raised scales/scrape/cut better:

Other side of fish shows a red bloody dot/bruise at bottom and the top circled part is more scrapes/missing scales:

It has been a month so I figured by now either thus stuff would have healed or it would have progressed into uronema/infection. Perhaps it is just damage from the flukes?

Not sure what steps to take, just wait and see if it heals or treat?

I have on hand:
Metroplex
Kanaplex
Focus
Furan 2
Nitrofuracin Green
CP

Thanks!

It looks like it could just be injuries.
However, because it’s anthia with a bloody spot I would also worry about uronema. To be safe I would give the fish an acriflavine bath followed by treating with nitrofurazone.

I do not have rally on hand so it would take a few days to get here. I have NFG, would that be enough? Should I feed metro?

I would feed metro and dose the water with it both. Uronema is often times just as bad or worse internally as the external affliction.

I agree. This would also be my recommended course of action.
