There's tons of fun you can have now! Like researching invertebrates, fish and corals!
Or learning the how and why of all of the parameters more advanced reefers obsess about every day!
Gotta run, I'm due for another alkalinity test

Pretty sure I'm doing it all wrong...lol..But my two little Clowns are ok so far:)

GF bought me a 75 Gallon from Petsmart on Valentines day for $199.00...tank/stand/hood with LED lights.

Hit Amazon..bought 80 pounds of live sand...80 pounds of Coral rock..heater and 2 Marineland 350 GPH filters with wheels.
Grabbed 80 pounds of innoculated from a local store.

Have all the kits for testing...Ammonia still stuck at .25:(

I worry about the weight of the tank...I may seem a tad over anxious..but standing near over a thousand pounds of water and rock...I think about my floor.

Welcome to R2R! Your tank looks great. I'm kind of a "fun right now" kind of guy too, but patience is key in this hobby. It actually is fun researching best practices and learning as you go. Also, just interacting with all of the great folks on R2R can be kind of addicting in itself. As far as tap water goes, I would invest in an RO/DI unit as soon as possible. It could very well be the best investment you ever make and could be the difference between success and failure. Glad to have you with us, and keep asking questions.
