I got a Salifert mag test kit in the mail the other day an it came with a cracked vile. I notified Drs F&S as I was out of viles from previous kits due to breaking and such and to my surprise I got an email yesterday saying they were shipping a new complete mag test kit. Talk about above and beyond customer service!! I was impressed.
