Wow, is this really what I think it is?

Hello everybody! This morning I was admiring my tank, and I noticed something strange. I’ve seen amphipod’s molts in the water, but this was different. According to my very limited knowledge of critters, this looks like a BOBBIT WORM? aren’t those things pretty rare/ destructive? But then again, it might be another amphipod. Have a look for yourself. It looks like jaws, and lots of legs all the way down.
