Wow! Phosphate reactor

I've been too lazy to put a reactor in my sump. I've just been putting a bag of phosgaurd in the sump, although knowing it not doing much.
Could never get phosphates below. 034 ( Hanna Ulr checker)

Bought a TLF phosban 150, ran it for 36 hours. Just checked the phosphates, .009. Good buy GhA ( I hope)

They work, be ready to change media as early as every 3weeks. Buying gfo in bulk is easier on your wallet in the long term.

I'm fine with that, now that I know it works!

Just dumped my skimmer and it wreaked 100 times more than it ever has, any correlation?

Not sure I noticed any change in my skimmer after putting my reactor online but I do run a filter sock to catch any potential debris leaving the reactor. Maybe some gfo dust or crud being skimmed?
