Throughout my decision to purchase LED’s Bill at Reef LED Lights was always available on the phone or e-mail to answer my numerous questions and when a blade broke on one of the fans I purchased from them I sent Bill a picture and asked what I needed to do. The next thing I knew I received an e-mail indicating that a new fan was being shipped. There was no "send the old fan back and we'll send you a new one" or "sorry, talk to the manufacturer". He definitely earned a loyal customer. I won’t buy anywhere else. Thanks again Bill
