Thank you for your help it a leopard polyclad for shore. Its a shame its great to watch

Yeah I find them amazing. And when they swim they swim very fast. But they love snails and clams unfortunately.

You found it in the sump right ? He is obliviously eating something. Could you just keep it there? Cool animal

It needs foods that are not typically found in a sump. And this creatures has the ability to literally turn into a small blob and move about through a system. Typically you do not see them during the day as they are mostly nocturnal so if they start to reproduce, divide.....then dealing with the possible problem is more work extensive. They are awesome, but in a species dedicated tank.

I definitely had an atavistic response to this thing, even before I knew its name.

I see ! So the thing can live on by fragging it'self in a way. Gotta go !

Polyclad flatworm. Predator to snails and Tridacna. There are reports of Polyclads also eating Euphyllia.

Ops! How did I miss that you had already posted an answer? There were no responses when I first checked. LOL Glad I came up with a similar response. I had never seen that type of flatworm before either. It's a bummer that many of the cool creatures that make us so fascinated with our tanks have to be taken out.:eek:

Wow that this is huge...and beautiful. Shame they are predatory. I would have a hard time terminating something that size.
