wp25 issue

Anybody have any trouble with there wp25? Mine is on else mode and works great for hours then all the sudden will go really slow and not push that much water. Have to cycle the control through the modes or unplug it to get it working again. Emailed fish street but got a weird reply about sump return flow and wave return is different with the sump return? lol Thinking I have to buy a new controller?

if there actually is a problem with the unit FS.com should replace it, I have heard they are pretty good about it

Its not going into night mode is it? Does the yello light come on rather than the green?

It is going kinda in to night mode. But no light and I took out the sensor. Got this from fs if anybody can make any sense of this=)..

Example
The w1 or else mode have different time of the flow strong to slow and pause few second
When wp25 start from left yo right wave need 3 second to complete. The return wave to wp25 also need 3 second
But based on the flow not accurcy due to it have a sump return pump yo stop and star。 it make 2 second on it return will make the flow different
You need yo spend more time to adjust the system again

I think they aare saying that the return flow from sump may be affecting it.

Yea, I could not understand it either, the first email was worse. lol.. How can a return affect a powerhead lol? Just going to go ahead and throw it on wave mode, that works fine. Btw this powerhead is awesome minus this problem. Really wish I could get a tunze with controller for 100 bucks=p Thanks guys
