Last night I tinkered with my pump to see if I could get a wider flow so to Homedepot I went. Below is a link to what I used. Just cut off a few inches enough to your liking. Use your hand or an iron on super low setting with a thin cloth over it to flatten one end. I just used my hand the iron is for you girlyman that don't want to get your precious hand damaged in the process 
Shove the other end into the shroud. Should fit perfectly on a 25. No glue/adhesive needed. I've seen people cut a flap, just like one on airplane to decelerate, on the shroud but that takes too much work. This gives me about 3/4 inches wider flow at the intermediate range and perhaps more going away.
Now if I could only learn to post pichas to save my life..LoL
