Looking for some help, multi colored lobbocks passed away while in qt with copper power. Unsure of what is causing the discoloration on one side.

Other fish in qt are a yellow tang, exquisite fairy wrasse, royal gramma, clown. Earlier in the week I lost a blue tang to moth rot.

should I be doing a general treatment on the remaining fish even if they look healthy?

Some wrasses do not do well in copper. Ionic coppers like Cupramine are tougher on them than chelated coppers like Copper Power. Copper is after all a poison. It effects a fish's immune system. And then when you add the stress of new tank, QT tank, etc. some fish develop bacterial infections.

A wide spectrum antibiotic like Furan2 can help. Some like Spectrogram. It is a blend of Furan2 and Kanaplex. Works pretty well at preventing and or treating bacterial infections.

Some do. But you are adding stress to the fish's immune system with all those meds in there plus the copper. That's why some are using Spectrogram. Because it is combined into one, it's a bit easier to regulate dosing, water changes etc.
