Wrasse and shrimp

So i have a melanarus and i have a bit of a asterina starfish problem...so would i be able to put in a Harlequin Shrimp in the tank and it not be bothered by the wrasse or is that like tossing a coin?

A bit of a coin toss. If you try, definitely add them when the wrasse has buried for the night, or in the morning before he wakes up. If he doesn't see you add them, there's a slightly better chance he won't assume they're food.
